Claudeforce vs. Agentforce: What's the Difference?

They are not competing products. Agentforce is Salesforce’s platform for building and customizing AI agents². How Salesforce positions them together

On availability, Salesforce states that Salesforce in Claude is available to select pilot customers now and expects to launch in open beta in September 2026, with additional prebuilt skills beginning to launch in late 2026.
