Customer zero

We run on it.

Before we ask you to run your company on this stack, we run ours on it. Green Irony is customer zero for the stack it sells.

  • Customer zero

  • Pipeline, delivery, ops

  • Salesforce underneath

  • Runs on Claude + Notion

The claim

We are customer zero

We run our own company on the same stack we sell. Pipeline, delivery, and daily operations run on Claude and Notion, grounded in Salesforce as our system of record. We didn't build a demo and call it a practice — we put the operation on it first, felt every rough edge ourselves, and only then took it to clients.

When we say this works, it's because it runs the company you're talking to.

The architecture

The stack we run on

Claude as the interface, Notion as the governed context layer, the grounding layer — plugged into Salesforce as the system of record.

The system of record

Salesforce — and your systems of record

The stack plugs in and makes it better. Salesforce stays the system of record — nothing gets ripped out, and the record stays trustworthy.

Claude (the interface) → Notion (the governed context layer) → the grounding layer → plugged into Salesforce as the system of record.

Layer by layer

What each layer does — and why we trust it

  • The interface

Claude is the interface we work through

Today, we work through Claude — largely through Cowork. It's where the work happens: drafting proposals, reasoning over a deal, pulling delivery status together, moving tasks forward. Claude reads the governed context and the Salesforce record and does real work against them, so the interface isn't a chat bolted onto the side of the business — it's how the business gets run.

  • The context layer

Notion is the governed context layer

Notion is the context layer the work is grounded in. It's where projects, decisions, people, and playbooks live in a shape Claude can read and act on. Because the context is governed — structured, current, and owned — the work Claude does on top of it reflects how the company actually operates, not a stale export. Salesforce stays the system of record; the context layer makes that record legible to the way we work day to day.

  • The grounding layer

Grounding is what keeps it trustworthy

What makes an AI-native operation trustworthy is grounding. The grounding layer — compilation, validation, skills, and data models — keeps the context consistent and current so the work is grounded in reality rather than guesswork. It's the layer that turns “the AI drafted something” into “the AI did the work on top of a grounded, governed picture of the business.” That grounding is why we trust it to run our own operation.

  • The system of record

    It makes Salesforce better

None of this rips out Salesforce. The stack plugs into it and makes it better: Salesforce stays the system of record, and the context layer and the grounding layer keep that record current from the work as it actually happens. We run this way ourselves — Salesforce underneath, a governed context layer around it, and Claude as the interface — so the record stays trustworthy without asking anyone to re-enter work they already did somewhere else.

In practice

How we actually run GI on this

  • Pipeline

Our pipeline stays current from the real selling work instead of waiting on someone to type it in.

  • Delivery

Delivery context — what's shipped, what's blocked, what's next — lives in the governed context layer and moves with the work.

  • Daily operations

Recurring operations run through Claude against that grounded context, so the same steps happen the same way whether or not anyone remembers to start them.

It compounds: every closed loop and every bit of accumulated context makes the next run truer.

Your move

What this means for you

You're not the experiment. We've already run the operation on this stack, so what we bring you is a practice we live in, not a pitch. Start with an AI-OS session to shape it around your own operation, or see the shape of it in the Claude-native CRM that plugs into Salesforce.

Frequently asked questions

What does Green Irony mean by being customer zero?
We run our own company on the same stack we sell. Before we ask a client to put Claude, Notion, and a governed context layer to work, we run our own pipeline, delivery, and daily operations on it. Customer zero means the proof comes from our own operation, not a slide.
Does running on this stack replace Salesforce?
No. The stack plugs into Salesforce and makes it better — Salesforce stays our system of record. Claude works across the surfaces where the work actually happens and grounds everything back in the record, so nothing gets ripped out.
What role does Claude play in how Green Irony operates?
Today, Claude is the interface we work through — largely through Cowork. It reads the governed context in Notion and the record in Salesforce, and it does real work against them: drafting, reasoning, and moving tasks forward on top of a grounded picture of the business.
How do you keep an AI-native operation trustworthy?
Grounding. The grounding layer — compilation, validation, skills, and data models — keeps the context Claude works from consistent and current. The work is grounded in a governed context layer and the Salesforce record, so the output reflects the real state of the business.

Run your company the way we run ours
