We start from the work, not the software: what each person needs to know, what they update by hand today, and what Claude can do before anyone asks. Then we build that workflow on your own Claude and database subscriptions.

    Claude

    Claude is the agent harness. It reads your calls, email and calendar, fills in records, drafts quotes and follow-ups, and answers questions about the business. Skill files tell it how your company does each job: how you stage a deal, how you scope a quote, what a good candidate looks like. The skill files are written for your business and stored in your account.

    A database

    The database holds your data model: accounts, deals, people, quotes, decisions, and how they connect. Claude writes to it and reads from it. Your team can open it and edit it directly. It is a standard product in your own account, not software we run for you.

    Dashboards

    Dashboards are what you and your team look at: the forecast, the pipeline, each deal record, a morning view. We design them around how you run your meetings. They read from your database.

    Your day.

    Claude triages your inbox, writes the briefing for your first meeting, updates the pipeline from your calls, and drafts your follow-ups. It is ready when you start. This is the smallest build.

    Your forecast.

    Claude fills each deal record from calls, email and meetings. Reps stop typing updates. The forecast comes from the record, and the record comes from the work. RevOps keeps ownership of the data model and the dashboards, and spends less time chasing reps for updates. If you lead sales, this is the step to start with.

    The rest of the business.

    The same three parts run other work. Three that Green Irony runs on itself:

    • Quoting. Claude turns a website conversation or a customer call into a fixed-price quote and writes it into the database as a scoped opportunity. At Green Irony, a quote that used to take weeks now goes out in minutes.
    • Delivery tracking. For each engagement, Claude keeps what shipped, what is blocked and what is next, updated from the work itself.

Where do I start with Run on Claude?
Request a demo at /demo/. Tell us which workflow to show you and which CRM you use today. We build a demo on that workflow and send you a recorded walkthrough. If you lead sales, the build usually starts with the forecast. If you want your own desk first, start with Run Your Day on Claude. Either way you can add the next step later.
What is Run on Claude?
It is Claude, a database and dashboards, built for your company and running on subscriptions you hold. Claude does the work. The database holds the data. The dashboards show you the result. We build it, you own what we build for you, and we run it with you under managed services. Every handover includes an open-format export of your data and documentation of the data model. Our own methods and tools stay ours.
Is this the same as Claude for Small Business?
No. Claude for Small Business is Anthropic's product, with connectors to common tools such as QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack and Microsoft 365. Run on Claude is a build around your own workflows: your skill files, your data model and your dashboards. You can use both. We build on Claude. We are an independent consulting firm.
Do I have to buy everything on this page?
No. Most teams start with one workflow, either your day or your forecast, and add the next when the first one is working. Each step works on its own.
Which database do you use?
A database in your name. You hold the subscription. Your CRM, accounting system and other tools keep the data they hold today. The database holds the data model for the workflows Claude runs, and Claude can read from your other tools where you connect them.
Does Green Irony host anything?
No. Everything runs on subscriptions you hold. We run no servers for you. Claude, the database and the dashboards run on your own subscriptions, and nothing we operate sits between your team, Claude and your database. Our team works on your subscriptions with access you grant.
Does Green Irony keep a copy of our data?
No. It stays in your database, on a subscription you hold. We do not use one customer's data for another customer. You buy your Claude and database subscriptions directly.
What exactly do we get at handover?
At handover you get: your data exported from the database as CSV files (one per table) plus a full workspace export in Markdown; documentation of the data model (every table, field and relationship, and what each one is for); the skill files we built for you; and the dashboard files. The data stays in a database on your own subscription the whole time; the export is so you can move it if you choose.
What do I own?
We picked the best agent harness and the best database. You own what we build for you: the skill files, the dashboards, the data model and your data. If you ever want to move one or both, you can. Every handover includes an export of your data in open formats and documentation of the data model. Our own methods and tools stay ours. You can keep using everything we built into your system.
Can I cancel managed services?
Yes. You keep what runs on your subscriptions. You stop receiving support, updates and new releases from us. Details are on the managed services page.
We run Salesforce. Is this for us?
Yes. Run on Claude for Salesforce is a Claude UI for your Salesforce: your reps work from Claude, Salesforce stays your system of record, MuleSoft keeps it in sync. See Run on Claude for Salesforce.
Is this an Anthropic product or partnership?
No. Claude is the technology we build on, and Green Irony has a dedicated Claude practice. We are an independent consulting firm.
What does it cost?
We scope the build after the demo, against your workflow and your team. The managed services retainer is set once we know the scope. We do not publish prices because they depend on what you run. We tell you both numbers before you commit.
Who does the work?
A US-based team. The people who run the demo and the build also support the system.
Why Green Irony?
