From Integrator to AI-Native: Why We’re Rebuilding Green Irony to Deliver at Twice the Speed

Aaron Godby, CEO & Founder

I still remember the first time I saw ChatGPT—about a month after it launched. I wasn’t looking for magic, just curious. At the time, I wasn’t a believer in AI. Machine learning models took forever to train, cost a fortune, and usually only performed a single narrow function.

I saw AI as evolved analytics, not JARVIS from Iron Man.

Yet this was different.

AI was supercharging creativity. I could produce high-quality work faster, with minimal direction, just by using ChatGPT. And I couldn’t stop wondering: what would happen if this capability was plugged into the systems and workflows of a business?

We were excited, so we built an early-generation agent when GPT-4 came out to simulate a complex airline scenario—just to prove it was possible. So I could start to connect the dots on what might happen if the models improved quickly from the initial release of GPT-4, just like Sam Altman and other industry insiders said they would.

Why We Reimagined Everything

Then it happened. The models got better—fast. The tasks I could delegate to them became more complex. Salesforce launched Agentforce. Marc Benioff started talking about “digital labor” as the next big frontier.

So we asked ourselves a hard question:

If GPT-4 existed when we created our processes for selling, delivering, and supporting Salesforce and MuleSoft initiatives, would we still operate the same way?

The answer was a resounding no.

So we tore everything down and rebuilt it.

The Real Play Handbook

We re-engineered our entire operating model—from scoping and design to delivery and iteration—through the lens of AI-first execution. Today, every team member at Green Irony acts like a director of digital labor, orchestrating outcomes faster than a moderately skilled team could produce manually.

This isn’t buzz. It’s real.

We’ve run a mature Salesforce and MuleSoft strategic services business since 2016, and we’re now delivering meaningful technology outcomes with speed and reliability we couldn’t have imagined before ChatGPT entered the picture.

AI isn’t replacing creativity—it’s accelerating it.

Here’s how that plays out:

  • Clock speed over headcount: Strategic decisions that used to take days now ship in hours. Bottlenecks vanish.
  • Scale without complexity: Skilled operators use AI to do more with less… not replace people.
  • Reinvention, not retrofit: We didn’t bolt AI onto old workflows. We rebuilt them with AI as the foundation.

Leveling the Playing Field

For years, enterprise-grade integration and digital transformation were out of reach for many small and mid-market organizations. Budgets were tighter, teams were leaner, and every project decision had higher stakes.

AI-native delivery changes that.

Now, SMB and mid-market companies can get the same caliber of architecture, speed, and predictability that Fortune 500s expect but without bloated timelines, inflated costs, or unnecessary complexity. We can deliver exactly what’s needed, exactly when it’s needed, at a pace that keeps growth momentum alive.

The playing field isn’t just more level—it’s tilted toward the businesses that know how to move fast.

What’s Next

In the coming weeks, you’ll see our rebrand go live. We’re not just dropping a new website—we’re offering a new operating model:

AI-native delivery that is 2× faster, smarter, and grounded in real expertise.

This is how we turn AI into Actual Intelligence.

If we can ride this wave of acceleration, imagine what your business could do.

Stay tuned.
