Aaron began his career at IBM’s R&D department for the #1 Java middleware platform, IBM WebSphere. He quickly discovered that his passion was for helping customers solve their biggest technology challenges and pivoted to consulting, where he co-founded PointSource (now Globant) Raleigh in 2012 to focus on cutting-edge mobile technology as a digital transformation driver. During his time at PointSource, it became clear to Aaron that without a scalable strategy for digital transformation, it’s impossible to achieve the customer experience and revenue goals needed for long-term business success. Green Irony was built to help enterprises overcome this challenge. Aaron founded Green Irony in 2016 with the mindset that status-quo thinking and a lack of focus on scalable technology investments hold enterprises back from achieving long-term technology goals.

Kevin has a proven track record in marrying mobile and IT digital solutions with business-specific strategies for many industries, ranging from Finance to Talent Acquisition. With more than 18 years of experience in enterprise architecture, application networks, agile methodologies, backend architecture, cloud technologies, and software architecture and development, Kevin’s passion for building successful, innovative products is what drives him every day. At Green Irony, Kevin creates long-term application network solutions on MuleSoft that fit the needs of their clientele in the financial services industry.

JT Blackburn is a seasoned sales professional with over 5 years of experience in the MuleSoft ecosystem. Demonstrating a strong command over leadership, JT has previously played a pivotal role in enterprise sales for major SaaS entities, where his knack for strategizing contributed significantly to revenue growth and business expansion. JT's confident and strategic approach to sales management has made him a crucial asset in navigating complex sales scenarios, fostering key relationships, and driving revenue growth. His in-depth understanding of the MuleSoft platform and his experience in the SaaS space gives him an unique edge in positioning enterprise solutions effectively. Throughout his career, JT has demonstrated a keen understanding of how to adapt and succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environments, consistently exceeding sales targets and customer expectations.

Norm is a seasoned software engineering leader with a proven track record of building high-performing technical organizations. With more than 25 years of experience, Norm’s passion for client success and people, and his ability to navigate complex technical and operational environments, have been drivers of his team’s success. At Green Irony, Norm’s ambitious nature for excellence and innovation is helping shape the company’s future as he leads the software engineering organization.

Chris is an experienced architect who understands how to deliver value on the Salesforce and MuleSoft Platforms. He works with clients to build new solutions and evaluate existing implementations providing recommendations for improvement. At Green Irony, Chris is actively involved in learning new technologies, ensuring the team’s skills are current and maintaining high engineering standards.

Seth has an extensive background in developing and delivering enterprise solutions in various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and transportation. With nearly two decades of experience in application design, development, security engineering, and performance engineering, security has always been a cornerstone of each solution, ensuring that sensitive data is identified and handled safely and securely. Building and enhancing processes that incorporate security into software lifecycles, generating meaningful architecture collateral, and maintaining project traceability are all part of Seth’s foundational principles.

Todd is a highly skilled Delivery Manager with more than 15 years of project management experience in technology services. Todd leverages his leadership skills within multiple teams for highly technical initiatives, account management, portfolio management, digital transformations, project delivery, and data migrations. His calm and confident management style is a tremendous asset for people and projects. Todd is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (Scaled Agile Framework), and credentialed in Value Stream Management.

Liza is a versatile technical manager and communications leader with demonstrated success in leading global, cross-functional project teams. She has a proven track record of effectively managing project types such as Agile, UX/design, development-focused, and hybrid. At Green Irony, Liza is an efficient technical manager who leads project teams daily, manages risks and dependencies, and quickly adapts to changing priorities – all while thriving and remaining calm under pressure. Liza is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (Scaled Agile Framework).

Liz is a seasoned Strategy Consultant with a rich 9-year experience in the technology sector, dedicating the last 5 years to consulting services. Liz employs her substantial knowledge in strategy development and problem-solving to the benefit of high-profile tech firms, working on strategic planning, business transformations, and technology consulting. With a firm grasp on business process optimization, Liz formerly served as a Senior Business Analyst at Globant in the tech consulting industry, where she honed her skills in data analysis, project management, and client engagement. Liz's strategic approach and deep industry understanding make her an indispensable asset to any team and project.
